Where are the best yoga instructors, classes in Massachusetts? – Wicked Local

It’s an age-old form of relaxation, originating in Hindu spirituality — with meditation in slow motion through series of postures and breathing exercises.
Today, yoga is practiced all over the world. While there have always been many different forms of yoga, some variations have recently gained in popularity, such as  aerial yoga using fabric hammocks to enact poses above the floor.

There are even yoga classes in which animals — such as cats, dogs, and goats — roam about to add to a sense of relaxation, as they demonstrate the art of just being themselves.
