Whole-wheat bread helps to boost heart health and reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes.
Whole grain bread is the healthiest pick for weight. It provides you with the nutrition of several whole grains like oats, barley, corn and others. Whole grain means whole kernel -the bran, germ and endosperm, which makes them highly nutritious. Adding whole-grain bread to the diet can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and reduce the growth of blood vessels that feed tumours. These types of bread are more fibrous and promote gut health.
