Aries are bold, adventurous competitor and an expert at being first. Headstrong and passionate, by virtue of their nature, they are always on the move, so they do not put on weight easily. They can progress better by exploiting their strength, endurance, and confidence. Activities like boxing, weightlifting, martial arts, football, would suit them better, however they should be patient and realistic about the results. Aries love spicy food and red meat and because of that they get anxiety, acidity, acne, piles, hypertension, heart diseases or inflammation. They should hence avoid excessive spicy food, red meat and should have more of lemon, yoghurt, green vegetables. Soya bean , mustard, cloves, cinnamon, garlic , ginger , lemon iced tea , lots of water should be added into their diet along with sea food specially fish as it is an important vitamin E which is essential for them.
Taurus are known for being a calm stabilizer and grounded who exercises tremendous patience. Their indulgence with rich food and lot of rest makes them develop bulge. As they find it difficult to commit to hard workout schedule, hence they can choose exercises like cycling, swing, walks, swimming that to in a natural environment rather than closed or in house arrangement as nature is the greatest temptation to them. Activities like dancing, walk along a dog, gardening will appeal them more. They are prone to obesity, tonsillitis, sensitive throat inflammations, thyroid, they should avoid excess of sugar, rice, milk products, sour food, fermented food, and excessive carbohydrates. They should add more of soups, boiled vegetables along with incorporating a high protein diet.
Gemini is known for being an intellectually alert thinker. It is not too difficult for them to stay committed to a workout routine. These people love to stay fit, and flexible and likes to work out in a group. Activities like gymnastics, cycling, swimming, aerobics, dancing, tennis are ideal for them. Breathing exercises like pranayama are must for them but they tend to avoid them due to restlessness in their nature. Being passionate about music, they would find aerobic dance interesting. As Leos need to stretch a lot, yoga, brisk walking would help them in this regard. Their work out routine should be in fresh air, preferably during morning. Virgos are tender beings, known for their perfectionism all around. However, they may feel easily discouraged if they are not immediately getting the results they want. They cannot stay at rest for long and would love to workout in gym rather than lie down and fantasize. They are naturally capable for high endurances exercises like long distance running, cycling, football, squash, cricket, gymnastics, rock climbing. It is essential that they do cool down exercises post workout. They should avoid street food and should have more of calcium in their diet along with green beans and mushroom. Spinach, broccoli, cabbage, are important for them for their digestive system as well as garlic to avoid arthritis. More of grams, salads and fibres should be added in their diet as they are prone to intestinal and digestion problems.
Libras should focus on organized and gentle fitness options like low impact cardio and stretching. They should avoid heavy exercises that could stress their lower back. They are prone to dry skin, insomnia, diabetes, urinary tract infection, venereal disease. It is advisable for them to have lot of water, juices, and soups in their diet. Steamed food, garlic, ginger, yoghurt are also especially important in their diet. They should go for low fat diet preferably sea food and egg white while apples and nuts should be essential part of their meal. They should avoid sugar and concentrated dairy products.
Scorpions are intense and hence require strenuous and serious fitness activities like boxing, martial arts however their workout should be followed up by yoga and stretching as they are prone to torn ligaments and stress induced injuries. Scorpions should totally avoid spicy food, red meat, alcohol, high fat dry fruits as they are prone to piles, other renal infections. Consumption of pulses should also be restricted. They should food which are high in iron like banana, spinach, apple.
Though being the healthiest of all, they need plenty of exercise because they eat a lot. They should concentrate on upper thighs in their fitness regime as they are prone to diseases of hips and thighs, obesity, liver disorders, diabetes. They should be trained to suppress the urge of their taste buds and should avoid junk food, all spices, fats of all kind, excessive sweet products. They should add whole grains, green vegetables, garlic, ginger, melons, papaya, guava, oranges in their diet. They can substitute red meat with fish.
Their ideal routine should have different exercises pattern every day instead of following a fixed pattern. They should avoid doing any activity that could harm their knees, bones, and joints. They are prone to arthritis, knee injuries, bone disease, acidity, sinusitis. They should add more of hot soups, mushrooms, sea food, fruits, food rich in calcium and vitamin. They should avoid beer, aerated drinks, preserved juices, stale food, white bread, and flour.

Aquarians do not like to feel restricted to any one routine and hence they want variety of exercises on different days to keep them motivated. Improving blood circulation is especially important for them so activities like running, swimming, are best for them. They are prone to back bone problem, lower leg injuries, blood disorders, swollen ankles. They should avoid food with too much of starch and should eat brown rice, sprouts, green vegetables, fish and fruit of any kind, mushrooms, fish stew on a regular basis.

Pisces is not at all a sporty sign, so they should avoid any strenous activity, instead they should go for yoga, dance, water sports – fitness regime which would bring balance and peace in their lives. They have a weak immune system; therefore, they should never indulge in alcohol or any addiction as their recovery is slow. They should consume fruits and vegetables that contain high fiber and roughage. They should regularly go for relaxing therapies like steam sauna, aroma therapies. Aerated drinks, spicy food, and natural dietaries should be avoided and should increase water intake in their diet.
