Morning Diet Tips : How do you start the day as soon as you wake up in the morning? The most common answer to this is with tea or coffee! A cup of strong coffee or tea in the morning works to make you sleepy and energize you. However, health experts believe that consuming caffeine early in the morning should be avoided. According to them, due to this, the acids present in the stomach increase, which causes problems like heartburn, vomiting, nausea. Apart from this, caffeine also increases the level of stress hormones in the body, which increases the chances of restlessness and vomiting. After which the question arises that if you should not drink coffee or tea in the morning, then what is the right thing to do. 
Celebrity nutritionist Namami Agarwal recommends starting your morning with an apple. Yes, you heard it right! According to the School of Public Health, Harvard, an apple contains 95 percent calories, no fat, one gram of protein, 23 grams of carbs, 19 grams of natural sugar and 3 grams of fiber. Through an Instagram post, Namami spoke about the benefits of eating apples first thing in the morning. He said that natural sugar, not caffeine, works to wake you up in the morning. Also, it gives you energy for the whole day. The high amount of fiber in apple works to control the level of blood sugar in the body. 
Why the day should start with an apple, let’s find out 
Eat the whole fruit. You can eat a apple first thing in the morning, which is the best way to reap its full benefits. It is better to cut it than to keep it freshly chopped or eaten directly.
Fruit salad: Another way is to prepare a salad by cutting apples and adding other seasonal fruits to it. Add some chaat masala on top and eat. 
With Oatmeal or Muesli: You can also eat applesauce in a muesli bowl or with oatmeal.
