Rebel Wilson first slimmed down after branding 2020 a “year of health”. This saw her lose around 5st 7lb and she opened up on her weight loss transformation in a recent interview.
Speaking to Apple Fitness+, the Australian actor praised the benefits of walking for weight loss.
She said: “The doctor said to me, ‘Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is just simply walking’.
“‘Doesn’t have to be high-intensity, doesn’t have to be uphill, just moderate walking an hour a day.
“’And if you can do that, for you, for your body type, it’s, like, the best way to lose unwanted body fat.’”

As well as gentle exercise, Rebel has shared clips of her doing high intensity workouts in the gym.
These have included the actor training with PT Jono Castano.
The celebrity trainer previously spoke to Express.co.uk to share the top tips to follow when trying to lose weight or live more healthily.
Stay hydrated
Drinking water should not be underestimated, the expert explained.
This can help dieters flush out excess waste and improve overall health.
Jono said: “Staying hydrated has so many added benefits for your body.
“It helps with digestion, absorbs nutrients and gets rid of waste products.”
“It also keeps you fuller for longer as when you are thirsty, you can mistake that for hunger,” Jono added.
While there are lots of different diet plans on the market, the trainer stated weight loss ultimately comes down to calories.
He said the simplest way to stay in shape is to not overeat.
Eating a balanced plan is also important and slimmers should aim to eat a mix of all nutrients.
“For any body transformation, it always comes down to this simple equation,” Jono continued.
Eat to be satisfied
Slimmers should be aware of when they feel full and not eat past this, Jono advised.
He said: “Overeating can leave you feeling full, sluggish and tired as your body is using more energy to digest.
“Eating mindfully helps you understand when you have had enough food.”

Hmm it looks like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any points for inexperienced blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s hard to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appeal. I must say you have done a superb job with this. Also, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Opera. Exceptional Blog!
